Educational/ Information Dissemination/Professional Development and Leadership Component This Component includes the organization of educational activities such as conferences, workshops, seminars and forums pertinent to the W&HC objectives for health professionals and the general public. It promotes changes in the curricular academic programs, the development of a leadership plan, and develops alliances with key national and local women's health professional, governmental, community based organizations and consumer groups. The W&HC disseminates relevant women's health information through its quarterly publication, "Mujer y Salud" and through its web page. Access to women's health information, including use of the Center's bibliographic resources and literature searches is available for the Campus academic community (faculty, employees and students), researchers, and the general public.
