Nurse-Midwifery Education Program

The Department of Human Development of the Graduate School of Public Health will offer a new and innovative education program in nurse-midwifery, beginning in August, 1998. This new program addresses an urgent need to prepare skilled nursing professionals in the delivery of maternal and infant care services in Puerto Rico. The program received pre-accreditation by the American College of Nurse-Midwives.
